Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is included in every plan, no separate onboarding fee like the $3,000 some platforms charge to get started. A new custom 5-page website is included free on all three plans, built and hosted, with nothing up front. If you like the site you already have, we optimize that one instead. The only time a website costs money is when you want to buy one on its own without a plan, which is $1,500 one-time.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime, and we would rather earn your business every month than lock you into paperwork. Buying a website on its own has no plan and no monthly at all.

What do I actually own?

Your website, domain, logo and brand assets, Google Business Profile, phone number, review profiles, and your entire customer list are all in your name from day one. If you ever leave us, you keep all of it. The CRM platform and the automations are ours, that is the software you subscribe to, the same as any tool you rent. Unlike Hibu or Thryv, we don’t hold your website or data hostage to keep you paying.

Which plan should I start with?

Most businesses start with the Signature Blend, because it covers the biggest gaps at once, getting found, never missing a call, and following up on every lead before somebody else does. Your website is free either way, on all three plans. What Signature adds is everything that keeps working after the site goes live: the CRM, monthly SEO, review responses written for you, and a phone that gets answered at 11pm. But the honest answer is to get a free audit first. We’ll look at your real numbers and tell you which plan fits, and if Essentials Blend is all you need right now, we’ll say so.

Can I add or remove services later?

Yes. Start on Essentials Blend and move up to Signature Blend when you want the CRM, the AI receptionist, and monthly SEO working for you, or add POS & Inventory to any tier. Moving up takes effect the next billing cycle, and moving down or stopping takes effect the next billing cycle too.

How fast will this pay for itself?

The math is usually straightforward. One recovered missed call, one reactivated past customer, or one saved job a month often covers the plan, and the system saves you dozens. For most local businesses a single AI-captured after-hours job or a handful of recovered leads pays the monthly fee many times over. Your free audit puts real numbers to it for your business.

Are there extra costs on top of the monthly rate?

The only pass-through cost is telecom usage, phone numbers and SMS segments billed at cost, standard industry-wide. On Platinum Blend, your Google Ads budget is separate (it goes to Google, not us) and you set it. No hidden junk fees, no surprise line items. Everything is on the plain-English dashboard.
